Turn in AT&T/Directv equipment

Have dropped service from AT&T/Directv. Can’t seem to get information!

At the end of November, at my request, my account on the Internet was canceled. Immediately I received a letter about the disposal of equipment. Following this instruction, the equipment was handed over to the BEST BY store. I just opened the ATT page on the computer to pay the bill for the landline phone and saw a message about not forgetting to return the equipment to the ATT. I am 86 years old. I don't know English - I speak Russian. It's hard to get through to you. I do not know what to do. I ask you for help. Excuse me I am writing with a dictionary. I'm waiting for an answer.
