Trying to replace this phone. I ordered one monday. But can't get a,responce.

Trying to replace this old phone.  Got on line last monday.  Thought I'd gotten order dine before phone spaced out.  Said new one,would be here today.

  • Did you receive a confirmation that your order has been accepted and is now processing?
  • If it's already processed and is now being shipped, did you receive a tracking number?
  • Have you contacted the shipping carrier that has your order package for updates or changes?
