Trouble with Blackberry Priv on my Microcell

Just got the new Blackberry Priv and cannot get it to see my Microcell. Live in a place where it is absolutely necessary. I would hate to have to take this back. Anyone else having problems or has heard of a possible solution? Thanks!

Same problem with my Priv. I am giving them a week to fix it.

I just resolved it with tech support. You have to go into your cellular network settings, turn off both enhanced 4G options, reboot your phone and make sure it says "Not Conncted" under Enhanced 4G Services. THEN you gotta reactivate your Microcell (you can do it online but it's tricky). Working now. At least for now.

Did you then keep the enhanced LTE off?

Yes, I guess that a problem. Suppose I could switch it on and reboot every
time I leave the house. I love this phone so much I'll live with that until
they can fix it.

Yeah it has to stay off. That was the solution for the s6

It's either micro cell or hdvoice aka enhanced lte.

I haven't been in a store to see the Priv yet! I'm very excited about the phone, been waiting for BB and Android to collide. You should make a post about your thoughts on it, I'd read it 🙂
