Trek 2 HD (k88)

My trek 2 (that I bought a few weeks ago) is refusing to charge/turn on.
I've tried holding down the sleep button, holding down the sleep button and the volume buttons. But nothing seems to work...

The Trek 2 HD is definitely an awesome device to have! I am sorry to hear you’re experiencing trouble with yours. I would be more than happy to help!

 

We have a great way you can work on this problem on your end, it is the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. All you have to do is make sure your device make and model is selected, go to Device/software issues >Power and battery >Device wont power on. From here, please follow the given instruction.
