Hello there @dmgrampa

I’m glad you reached out to us here in the AT&T Community Forums!  I see you want to transfer photos to your CPU.  This is a great question, and we are able to help you out!

You can visit our device tutorials on how to transfer your pictures over.  You will first choose your device and then click on the Tutorials tab > on the left side column, choose Music, photos, & video > then please choose Transfer media to & from a Computer.  Here will display various tutorials to help you further.   On the left-hand column, you can also choose Backup and Restore > Backup and restore with computer for an alternate steps.

You may also need to change the settings from Data Transfer to Mass Storage Device.

  • Go to Settings, then Connection.
  • USB Connection Mode.
    • Choose Mass Stoarge.  You should then be able to view your files on your memory card with your computer.

I hope these steps satisfy your question about transferring your pictures!  Please feel free to contact us back if any further assistance is needed.  I’m glad to have had an opportunity to help you!

If this happens again, you can try backing up the photos to your Google account and then restoring them to your computer. Or using some 3rd party tool to do it.
