Transfer codes
We bought new phones, traded in the old ones, with a new carrier T-Mobile. Our sim cards and phones are gone. We didn't have a transfer PIN from A T & T. We have temporary numbers from T-Mobile. ATT can't give use the code because our account can't be accessed since a security code goes to the suspended number. Isn't there a way around this so we don't have to have new phone numbers?

We're sorry to see you go. If your device isn’t accessible, you can request a Number Transfer PIN by signing in to myAT&T online.

Heads up: AT&T employees can’t generate a Number Transfer PIN on your behalf.
