Ticket Twosdays

I have an eligible AT&T cellular plan but do not receive text messages to my phone. It's s flip phone I use.

How do I receive my ticket Twosdays code?

Hi @Mtz1000,

It would be my pleasure to help you get your Ticket Twosdays code! I love going to the movies so I’ve used this a few times.

In order for you to receive this text, your phone has to have a text messaging plan in place. If you have a block on text messaging, we need to remove the block so you can receive your Ticket Twosday code.

When you went to the website to enter your mobile number for the code, you would have been prompted by the site if your device was not eligible for this offer.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance with this!

If I unblock that feature, is there ever a cost associated with doing it?

Hey @Mtz1000,

Thanks for the reply! And great question!

There is no charge to remove a text block; however depending on what kind of plan you have, you may receive a charge of $0.20 for every text message you send.

If you have a Mobile Share plan, you have unlimited messages which means there is no charge associated with texting.

I hope this all helps!

Thank you; is there a charge for texts received?

Hi @Mtz1000!

You’re very welcome!  Thanks for reaching out again!

You may be charged for promotional text messages sent to you; if there is a charge it will be no more than $0.20.

We’re always here to help, feel free to let me know if you have any further questions!
