Tendered to Returns Agent

I returned my new iphone via USPS on Saturday October 31st. I got notification today (Monday November 3rd) from USPS    stating “Tendered to Returns Agent”. What does this mean?? Where is phone?? I only have 14 days to return it before I get charged for it. Please help!!!

I basically upgraded to an iphone 12 pro but wasn’t happy with the screen size so returned it within the 14 days trial period.

We want to advise that Tendered to Returns Agent indicates that your returned package is ready for pick up by the return logic agent at one of the post offices or processing facilities designated as a parcel return service location.

Concerning your return, we believe there is nothing more to do on your part. There is no way to track it beyond the return agent, but be assured that the logic agent is an AT&T agent who will take your package to the processing unit. 

 

We recommend you keep your tracking number for reference purposes and reach out to us should you need further assistance about this in the future.

Hi sanglama, 

I am in the exact same situation right now and wanted to ask if you're problem has been solved? if so, how long did it take for them to receive the package? im going on 3 weeks and still have not received a refund.

I need help for a similar problem. However my trade in was sent to returns vs the trade in label that came 10 days later. I need to get this phone accounted for or i will be charged 700$ for a phone i dont have. Please help!

@carlosh3477 I would advise you file a complaint with the FCC on the FCC website. They solved my problem in less than a week.

I am having the same issue. They just started a case for me but If not resolved quickly it sounds like going to the FCC was helpful?
