syncing my netgear MR1100 to my cricket wireless account
We recently switch to a cricket wireless plan. We also purchased a separate data plan that we would like to use our netgear MR1100 mobile hotspot. They installed the new sim card and it appears to be working on Crickets end, however, our devices will connect to the device, but it isn't allowing internet access. I read on this forum that I need to change the APN but I can't access either att wifi manager or the netgear app because I don't seem to have the correct login information. Please let me know how I can get the MR1100 to work with the cricket plan. I can always buy amother hotspot, but the nighthawk is a superior device.
