Switch services from Spectrum to AT&T I have only received three out of five as a devices I reported the other two the same day we received

It’s been 10 days three hours every day. At least I talk to AT&T nothing has happened the first day they said they reported it lost stolen and transit was going to re-issue the taxes and re-issue the phones. They never did that now they tell me one of my lines that are reported lost and sold and transit is activated and somebody else’s account When my own account and my phones aren’t even hooked up someone please help me with this issue. I’m trying to see what I need to do before day 14 where I can’t return the Internet and nothing back. I just talked to a minute ago said that it was never reported by them  or logged in the computer .

so far my experience with AT&T, I would never recommended to anybody in the world.
