Stop working

My Harmon Spark stopped working and I’m a upset. I called AT&T the guy I talked to wasn’t listening to me. Finally he sends me an email telling what I need to do and someone from Harmon Support would email me in 10 minutes. That was a lie. Then he have me a list of 3 things I had to send in the email to Harmon. He said that would be the only thing I need. So now I’m very mad because that was another lie. They emailed me a whole list of stuff I can’t find or don’t remember. I just want my Harmon fixed.
