I would say never but that is my trust in LG. LG stopped making phones and redeployed that division.

That phone came out in 2019. It should have already received all of the updates it's ever going to get.

In canada or india, they have all been upgraded to Android 11 already. In the US, it's quite slow, sometimes it doesn't even go up

Lg did one security patch for every 4 samsung did. They fell a loooong way since the G3

My G8x had the one update to android 11 in Sept 2021, 7 months ago. that was the last update of any kind.. security or OS. will att or LG update a security patch I wonder?

Doubt it. LG is no longer doing phones and ATT seems to have just forgot about LG devices.
