SmartLabel not showing my returned device status

I received a replacement device and returned my old phone(S) as mentioned on the asurion website.

My employer uses USPS and has a regular pick up schedule and I know it was picked up.I kept the smartlabel tracking number. It has been more than10 days but the status of package is not updated on tracking.smartlabel.com. 

I spoke with a USPS driver and they say they have no clue about how to find my package seriously? Thats a not a good sign. 

At this point, I have no clue how to track my package. 

I see lots of people have had issues with device return process.. Maybe AT&T should re-think this process?. Need some help here. I just called and spoke with an AT&T rep, He was unaware as to how it works as well..Nice..
