Simple phone for older person
A few years back my brother hooked up our aging mom with an IPhone through your Waco outlets. It has become too complicated for her to use. What you have in your stores designed for an older person?

Switch your mom to consumer Cellular or great call and purchase one of the phones that they have that are specifically made for older people who need a simple phone. Great call works on Verizon. Consumer Cellular works on AT&T or T-Mobile. If AT&T works well for her you might want to stick with an AT&T SIM and consumer cellular
I would recommend those first. Both great call and consumer Cellular have service that is tailored for those who don't use very much
