Sim unlock request

I am not a previous AT&T customer so when I put the IMEI in it keeps saying “We’re sorry about this, but it looks like we’re having technical issues. Please give us a few minutes to sort it out, and then try again”

Clear your cache and cookies.

If you are outside of the USA, you will need a US VPN in order to access the unlock portal.

Make sure you are filling in the bubble at the top of the form that says No I do not have an AT&T phone number
