SIM Not Supported
I requested and had an iPhone 6 unlocked from the ATT website. When I insert the new sim card it says "The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier."
What do I need to do to fix this if ATT says they have already unlocked the phone?

Hi @greynoumr,
Thanks for reaching out! We'd love to help.
There are two ways to finish the unlock process, depending on if you're using a non-AT&T SIM, or an AT&T SIM. Using an AT&T SIM would require you to finish the process through iTunes, using a backup and restore method.
We may have to take a look and see if your device is actually unlocked, but first make sure you have already tried the correct methods for finishing the process. If you received the confirmation email, you will see the Unlock Code Instructions. We look forward to hearing back from you!
