Sim lock more than 2 business days

Why haven't I received my unlock code for my SIM lock on my device has been more than 48 hours and it still says processing processing waiting 48 hours or 2 business days and spend 5 days?

Hey there @Hellho, we'd love to provide you with more details on how to unlock the SIM for your device. 

 

To unlock the SIM card in your AT&T Prepaid device:

  1. Call 800.901.9878 to get the PIN unlock code(PUK).
  2. If a Motorola device isn’t currently displaying Enter PUK, enter **05* before entering the PUK code.
  3. Enter the eight-digit PUK code in your device.
  4. Select OK/Yes.
  5. Follow the prompts to create a new PIN code.
