SIM Card Stolen From Prepaid Phone

I was unable to log in to the prepaid site to change my plan until finally I popped open the back to see that the SIM has been taken out. Can it be deactivated somehow to prevent my personal info from being accessed?

Normally, you would log into your account to suspend service. Whoever took the SIM card has likely changed the password. You would need to go to an ATT store for a replacement SIM card. If you provide whatever proof they need to verify the number is yours, when they activate the replacement SIM card, that will deactivate the other SIM card.
