Service in Village of Savoonga, Alaska

I wanted to see if AT&T can start a Business out in my Hometown of Savoonga, Alaska. GCI has service there, but they charge a whole lot to the Village. GCI promised that they would upgrade their service but they haven't yet. I feel like GCI being such a savage by only collecting money and not upgrade any of their services towards their customers. If you guys ever planned on having Service for the Village of Savoonga. I guarantee you, that you guys would whip out GCI within a matter of seconds. Just maybe later in the future, GCI would be like, (Edited per community guidelines) "we should of kept their promises about upgrading our Service for them or whatever." AT&T should have a competition towards GCI in the Village of Savoonga, Alaska. I hope my letter will take consideration towards this.
