Service in Murrieta
First what's going on in Murrieta? No service (phone calls) for four days and they just told me it won't be fixed until 8/12. Now, how can they have service out for one week and not tell the customers a single thing? Second, I've now chatted with at least 6 different people including two so-called supervisor who were no help and I am so tired of hearing their memorized lines of "I will take care of this..." "I promise you it will be fixed in 24 hours..." "Trust me to handle this..." Did these come from the big book of false promises? I'm livid over this horrible customer service and lack of communication from ATT.
