Service in Murrieta

First what's going on in Murrieta? No service (phone calls) for four days and they just told me it won't be fixed until 8/12. Now, how can they have service out for one week and not tell the customers a single thing? Second, I've now chatted with at least 6 different people including two so-called supervisor who were no help and I am so tired of hearing their memorized lines of "I will take care of this..." "I promise you it will be fixed in 24 hours..." "Trust me to handle this..." Did these come from the big book of false promises? I'm livid over this horrible customer service and lack of communication from ATT.

Even a text to customers explaining the issue. Nothing. And how does a company this big have an outage for four days and doesn't have it scheduled to be fixed for another four days?

And considering your last message was word for word the previous one I'm guessing this is either a bot or someone sitting there not reading and just copying/pasting. TY ATT for your great service.

what make and model phone? the issues you are having could possibly be a phone that is not whitelisted for use on at&t network

It's not the phone itself because we have three phones here not working and our neighbor who also as ATT their phone isn't working

You may think ATT should notify customers but they have no idea which customers are impacted by any particular tower. Sending out notifications is just not practical.

I don't agree but even if that is the case they should not have reps saying things like "I will personally take responsibility for this and I promise you this will be resolved in 24 hours" Because, one, you will never hear from that person again, and two, how can they promise that if they are telling me they have no idea what's wrong. This has happened to me over and over.

They don't. We've all tried. That's another thing about notifying customers. Say I have an emergency and go to call 911. I'm screwed. I can't even call 611. Going on 5 days now...

I switched from Verizon (1-2 bars) to ATT because in Murrieta/Winchester/Frech Valley cellular service sucked. ATT (0-1 bar) service in these areas is worse! I regret switching.
