Sent my old phones for trade-in to a wrong address..

Well. I recently purchased a new iphone and a new galaxy note 20 ultra, one for my spouse and the other for myself. Those new phones were arrived with USPS labels. I thought those labels were the ones for trade-in, because there was no information about trade-in in the boxes. So I shipped them using those two labels, but it turned out to be that I sent them to a warehouse. Today, I got a mail containing a small bubble envelope and trade-in information. I was really shocked and frustrated, because I sent my phones for trade in to a wrong warehouse. Those are Galaxy S10 phones in like-new condition and only used for about a year. I was expecting $700 from each phone. I googled this issue and found there are so many people did the same thing. I wish the ATT had informed me better. At least, they should have included a notice about the trade-in process. Now I found ATT actually sent me a trade-in information mail, but I get too many email, so I couldn't properly follow up the mail.
