My BlackBerry Keyone Hub app just started not being able to access my and email accounts. 

The Hub tells me to update the passwords and after I do it still isn't authorized to access the email accounts . It worked fine from June 2017 until this morning .

Welcome to the Community Forums!  Email is a great way to communicate with others and I can understand it is very concerning when you are not able to access it.  I will be happy to assist you with this.

Were you able to merge your email because you will not be able to access your account with your Yahoo ID?   You will see an email in your AT&T email account explaining where to go to locate your old emails.  Please click on this address to view this esupport article.

I have the same problem - it stopped working on me yesterday 11/18/2020 at 10:30 AM. The Blackberry KeyOne HUB+Services no longer can authenticate the account. I have tried everything but to no avail. This is very frustrating because I use my calendar to schedule my doctors's and other important meetings, etc and reminders. NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO USE IT.

I deleted the account and tried to add, but it will not authenticate. Why did it stop working yesterday and I cannot get it to work now. 

I tried the following:
Manual setup with POP3 - FAILS
Manual setup with IMAP- FAILS
Setup using the following servers FAILS
