Hello @hopemarienunezSince we no longer have support for the Netgear Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot Router (MR1100) please have patience as we run through some simple troubleshooting steps.Have you gone through a reboot on your device?Was there any changes to power or your account before this happened?Can you verify on your that your software is up to date? 1. Turn on Mobile Hotspot (MHS). 2. Connect a phone, tablet, or laptop to the MHS. 3. From the browser of the connected device, go to http://attwifimanager. 4. Enter admin credentials. 5. Select Settings > Administration > Firmware Update. 6.
