So I pre-ordered a Google pixel fold. Phone was delivered with the camera having nothing but a black screen and malfunctioning. Fought back and forth between at&t, Google, and asurion to figure who was going to take responsibility for sending me a malfunctioning phone. It took 18 days to get a response back from Google. I communicated everything with at&t and was given the ok from upper management to return the device after we found out Google wouldn't take the phone back. So I ordered a new phone and sent the malfunctioning phone into at&t. They have now had possession of the phone for 10 days. I can not get the phone returned to me and they are refusing now to refund the taxes I paid on the phone stating it was outside their 14 day return policy and supposedly there no notes on the amount regarding this issue. What do I do anymore? No one at at&t can do anything for me but pass me off.
