Refund on return of accessory only order

I placed an accessory only order on 18th November and used guest checkout as I am not an AT&T customer. I returned the order using the prepaid shipping label that came in the box on 22nd November (as per policy accessories return is accepted within 14 days). I have not yet received the refund on the order. I tried calling and chat options but I am not able to connect to right department. Every time I am being asked to call a different number but I do not get any answer. Could you please help.
