Recover data

I had an LG Tablet through a phone plan with at&t about 4 years ago. We thought it was in storage at my in laws but it was lost during a move at some point. It has some very very important pictures and videos on it and I cannot locate it anywhere. Is there any way to recover that data if it was on a plan??

Hi @Kelsieblount,

Thanks for reaching out! We'd love to help.

Recovering the data is possible if you had this information backed up to a cloud server, or something of that nature. This would have to be done before it was lost. This can be done through a computer, or through a Google account as well. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Just an FYI, AT&T no longer has any cloud storage from 4 years ago no. The AT&T locker was closed and purged two years ago.

Hello,

Best bet would be to try and login with the Gmail account that was used in tablet, either on a new device or on gmail.com and check if anything was synced form that tablet. The cloud sometimes will sync info like contacts, apps and photos (thru Google photos). Otherwise best bet would be to hope it turns up.
