Received unlock instructions but no unlock code
I sent out a request to unlock my iPhone 4. Within an hour, I received an email: Congratulations! Your request was approved. Instructions to unlock included but there is No Unlock Code.

I have iPhone5s and got confirmation from ATT. I did backup, erase, restore iphone multiple time, but still I am not able to use other SIM card. It's keep saying SIM Card Not Supported.
I am not getting unlock message while restoring iphone.
Please help me
