Please edit the post to remove the IMEI. It’s personal information, and no one is going to do anything with it except a scammer. AT&T isn’t going to look it up for you, or provide any information on someone else’s account. As suggested, you can try the online unlocking portal yourself and see if it’s eligible for unlocking.
Why not simply ask the uncle who gave you the phone? Wouldn’t he know the answer?
