Hi @kiki_20

Thank you for reaching out to us. We'll be happy to assist you.

What kind of internet service are you using? Is this mobile hotspot, wireless internet, AT&T Fiber, or U-verse internet? Have you tried any troubleshooting? With more details, we'll have a better idea of how to proceed.

Hi @kiki_20,

Thank you for clarifying.

If this is a hotspot, we'd like to know the make and model of the device/box you're currently using. How long have you been experiencing this issue exactly? Once we know what router/device you're using specifically, we'll be able to provide more support.

We look forward to your response!

Hi @kiki_20,

A picture would definitely help. Checking the back for specific numbers as well. Anything to identify the specifics of the box will help us determine what you have. Thank you!

I came back from a long weekend trip and after upgrading my 300mbps to 1000mbps my PlayStation seized to connect. I have gone through 4 moderns, a home technician visit, multiple hours of customer service and most important no resolutions. They are aware that neither the wifi nor the Ethernet successfully connects to the PS4 and that I am consistently receiving over 400mbps on other devices. PS4 is not the issue since the AT&T hotspot works successfully, but sadly is burning through my data. They change DNS, firewall settings and still no solutions. I am very disappointed with AT&T.
