Potential New customer
I am moving house and was exploring whether I could move all my services to AT&T from Verizon. I called and spoke to a sales rep. He tried to push direct tv onto me, and when I said i wasn't interested and started to explain why. He hung up on me. Not exactly the way to get me as a customer

We appreciate your interest in becoming part of the AT&T Family, rbeheshti! We apologize for your experience with our customer service! We always strive to provide our customers with a satisfying experience!
You can visit our service support web page to find contact information for all the services we offer. Each support team will answer any inquiries you have. You'll simply choose the service you're interested in then select the contact us tab.
You're currently communicating with wireless support, so we can share a few tips to look into before switching over.
Make sure your devices are compatible with our network by viewing our list of supported unlocked devices and their service capabilities. Be sure to look for your exact model. Also, your devices will need to be unlocked from Verizon before starting new service with us. You can find more information you will need to know about bringing your own device on our website.
If you decide to keep your current number, check if your number is eligible to port over. You can also reach our Porting Activation Center at 888.898.7685 for any porting inquiries you have.
We hope you find this information helpful!
Thank you for visiting the AT&T Community Forums!
