Port Number to another service provider

I want to switch to PURE TalkUSA and they are attempting to port my number however ATT has rejected the port request, stating the PIN/PASSWORD is incorrect. I have tried to Chat and Call to get this info. Chat not available and I have not been able to talk to a rep due to the wait times on the phone.

In order to get the most efficient answer to your question you will need to contact our Port Center at 888-898-7685.

You can try to log in to your account either postpaid or prepaid to reset any passwords.
