Please assist me in activating my Harman spark?

Can you assist me in getting my Harman activated? My IMEI IS (Edited per community guidelines) and Sim is (Edited per community guidelines). I have contacted AT&T about 50 times with no success.

Hey there @Tdc1482, we'd love to help with setting up and activating your HARMAN Spark device. 

 

We advise for you to review our HARMAN Spark Quick Start Guide, as it provides all steps towards activating and creating your account. Before you're able to use this device, you'll need to make sure you download the HARMAN Spark app. (You can complete this using the Apple store or Google Play.)

 

Next you'll need to proceed with the following, for creating your account:

  • Launch the app, tap on the "Sign Up" button and enter the required information to create your account.  (If you already have an account, tap "Sign In".)
  • Using the HARMAN Spark app, scan the QR code that is printed on the device to register it. Alternatively, you can also manually input the IMEI number. 
  • A rate plan is required for your HARMAN Spark. If you haven't already signed up for one, you'll need to online through the activation portal

Before continuing, make sure your vehicle is parked safely in an area with AT&T network coverage. 

 

Please be advised, the OBD-II port in your vehicle (where you'll need to insert the HARMAN Spark device) is usually located under the dashboard of the driver’s seat. You can also refer to your vehicle owner's manual for further location instructions.  

 

Lastly, you'll need to start your vehicle and stay parked. The HARMAN Spark device can take up to 5 minutes for initial activation. If the device does not activate within 5 minutes, please drive the vehicle for 15 minutes to complete the activation. (You will know your device has been activated when the 4G LTE/3G LED light on the device turns solid green and the mobile app indicates successful activation.)
