phone unlock for phone overseas
Hi There, Yes I am one of these people that have bought a phone via ebay (blackberry Priv) and it is sim locked. What I would like to do is get it unlocked before Christmas as it is a gift. The ebay memeber has thousands of positive feedback and are willing to pay for it to be returned to them and the problem rectified. However it is a Christmas present and the phone is now in another country, so it can't be completed in time. It is supposedly a refurbished phone and looks it, I would just like the opportunity to try and get this sorted through the proper channels. Please don't just dismiss this, I would welcome the opportunity to communicate with someone.

I had the pm , however got nowhere. Supposedly phone still needs paying off, even though it could be an admin error. I am open to the possibility of paying the balance off, however, as I am not the account holder, I can't do it. I understand privacy laws, but, if someone has an account outstanding then surely the phone and account should be considered abandoned. Then at least AT&T could at least get money back. I am trying to do everything properly, but I am going to have to go other ways. Or I can return it, but that stuffs up the Christmas present. Seems crazy no one is willing to take my money from me.
