Phone not shipped
Hey so I got an email saying that my phone is not going to be shipped because the port transfer was denied tried to pick another number it didn't work can y'all change it to a new number brand new number so that it will ship out and I can get it also can we change shipping address

You can't change an order you have to make a brand new one.
Changing the address on an order is going to look sketchy. AT&T will only ship to the address that cross checks on all of your other information.
For example: if you send an photo ID that says you live on Main street, your credit card checks back to a different zip code, and you ask for your phone to be shipped to your office on 3rd Street, AT&T is going to flag this for fraud and they will cancel the sale.
And if your old phone number cannot Port you're going to have to communicate with your previous service provider to make sure that your service is canceled with them otherwise they're going to continue to bill you.
Most people want to keep their phone number because there's an awful lot tied to that phone number. Like financial information and applications that they use on their phone, social media Etc. You might want to contact your previous provider and find out why your number Port is not working
