Phone Case Return

Hello, I just purchased a new iPhone 13 and case yesterday. The case ended up looking bad on the phone, so I'd like to return it. However, when purchased the lady did not put the phone case box in my bag. Can I still return it since it's 1 day old without the box? Thanks!
