AT&T related help: Welcome back
Ordered a phone 9 days ago , Status is shipped but UPS is showing label created
Keep going around and around with phone support and chat , no one will cancel order saying its been shipped after they tell me the label was just created . I've even tried cancelling our account out of frustration and was blatantly lied to (not the first time in this ordeal) . I can't believe how bad customer service has been though this , have been hung up , promised a return call and straight lied to multiple times . Does anyone have any ideas or advice ?
