Nokia Lumia 1520 Unlock Code
Hi There!
I live in New Zealand and recently dusted off a Nokia Lumia 1520 I have had for many years but have never used. Unfortunately its carrier locked to AT&T. I've submitted a Unlock Request to AT&T online but never got a reply. I have never had an AT&T Account and the phone was a gift to me by Microsoft.
Can someone please help me unlock this device? The IMEI Number is ***

Welcome to the Community Forums! I am sorry to hear you did not receive the email from the website. I would be glad to look into it!
Usually this is just an error on the site; I would recommend clearing cache and cookies on the browser and go to Device Unlock to resubmit the entry.
Also, please check in your junk or spam Emails it may have sent it there depending on your Email settings.
If you are still having the issues after resubmitting as a non AT&T customer, please private message me @ATTHelp with the request number and account and information pertaining to your unlock request.
