Nokia 3.1 A Screen not working

This is a known issue with the Nokia 3.1. Try doing a force restart: press the power button, volume up, and volume down all simultaneously. This will make your phone restart and all the functions work properly. If this doesn't work, please let us know and we can proceed from there.

hello, I have a Nokia 3.1 and I've been experiencing delayed touching of the screen. The buttons work but when I touch the screen it takes a long time before it responds. What should I do?

Hello Franc, we're here to help with the delay you're getting when touching the screen on your phone.

Try restarting the device by pressing and holding the volume down and power buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds until the device restarts

Make sure that your device has the most recent software update so that you have the latest features and device protection options.

1. Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Swipe down from the Notification bar and select Settings.
3. Scroll to and select AT&T Software update, then Check for updates.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
5. The device automatically restarts after the new software successfully installs
