No routes found

On 8/5/20 both my husband and myself received the same message when dialing a particular number. “No Routes Found” was the message in a weird male voice. Then disconnected. Very frustrating because we were trying to work and could not get through. We have different phones  so I’m pretty sure it’s our service (his Android LG G8, mine iPhone X)

We want to look into what could be causing that message you're receiving to prompt when dialing a particular number. Please be advised that considering the prerecorded message activates when calling that particular number the issue is likely a temporary routing or server problem with that contact's telephone service provider.

 

You may want to wait before dialing the number again to test whether their carrier resolved or provided a temporary solution to their service interruption.
