Nighthawk Netgear M6 Pro
I have owned the Nighthawk Netgear M6 Pro for approximatley 9 months. As of a few days ago, I cannot get the battery to charge. Can't seem to get assistance from AT&T even though it has been in use for less than 1 year. Battery says "Battery level too low. Charge for a few minutes before powering on." and never goes beyond that.
I have tried charging via a USB connection, via the A/C adapter and have even taken out the battery and placed it back into the device to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this or do I need to purchase a new battery? If a new battery, any recommendations on where to purchase as I need for travel?
