Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot Router isn't working

The blue light on the Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot Router is flashing but the screen does not come on when I click the button. I have tried holding down the button but nothing happens. I have tried unplugging it and pressing the button but nothing happens.

We're here to assist you with your Nighthawk Mobile Hotspot wadeE17.

 

First, you should check if the power cord is plugged in properly and if it has enough power supply. If it doesn't, then you should plug it in again and wait for some time before trying to use it again.

 

You can also try to factory reset the device by using the Reset button.(You must remove the cover on the bottom of the mobile router to access the reset button, then follow these instructions.

  • Remove the cover on the bottom of the mobile router.
  • Place your thumbs on the arrows on the cover and press down while sliding the cover-up.
  •  Leave the battery in place.
  • Locate the Reset button.
  • With a sharp object such as a paperclip, press and hold the Reset button for five seconds.
    The mobile router returns to factory settings.
  •  Replace the cover on the back of the mobile router
