New Sim Card order

I ordered a new sim card for a velosity hotspot last Thurday, Jan 16, through customer support phone call. As of today, the status is still "in progress". I called order support and was told that they might be on back order...? How would AT&T run out of sim cards? Every other order I've placed with AT&T, whether for a new phone, sim card, etc., I've received in a couple days, so this is frustrating to have to wait a week for it to even ship.

Hello,

Best solution is a quick store visit to your local corporate store to get a sim card to replace an existing one or add a new device. They're free and would avoid the delayed wait. You can check ahead by getting nearby stores info from att.com directory to verify they have the Sim you need available same day.
