New Sim Card order
I ordered a new sim card for a velosity hotspot last Thurday, Jan 16, through customer support phone call. As of today, the status is still "in progress". I called order support and was told that they might be on back order...? How would AT&T run out of sim cards? Every other order I've placed with AT&T, whether for a new phone, sim card, etc., I've received in a couple days, so this is frustrating to have to wait a week for it to even ship.
