New At&t turbo hotspot 2 password incorrect

I just got a new turbo hotspot 2. But when I tried to connect the password keeps sagging Incorrect. I'm using the last 8 od the IMEI number which is the same in the box and device, but it didn't work. Help?

Please note this is a customer populated forum. Do a better job of describing what you are trying to do.  Whether you're trying to log into your online account, log into the admin of the turbo 2, or connect a Wi-Fi device to the hotspot

I cannot tell which of these three you are trying to access based on your post. Just a wild guess...

The last eight digits of the IMEI is the admin password to control your turbo 2.  

If you are trying to connect a Wi-Fi only device to the turbo 2 it is not the network key.

And it is definitely not the password to log into your online account
