Never received the unlocking email
Hello. I submitted a request to unlock my phone through the webpage. However, It's been already 6 hours and I haven't recieved the email for the confirmation, and when I try to submit a new one, it says that there´s already one request being processed. What should I do? Also I would like to know, after how many tries it will consider I submitted 'too much tries'?.

Hi Alfred_Akin, we're here to help with your unlock request confirmation email.
Make sure your device meets all the device unlock requirements prior to submitting your request.
It can take up to 2 business days for us to respond to your device unlock request. Check back 2 business days after your request was submitted.
Be sure to check your Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders as the email may have been sent to one of those folders. If you do not see an email, you will want to resubmit the request. You get 5 tries to unlock your phone.

Hello. Thanks for the answer, but I believe you didn’t understand me. I went through the unlocking process on the webpage, and put my email, but you never sent me the email to confirm that I want to unlock the phone, so it just stood pending.
I confirmed that it’s elegible for unlocking, and I checked all my inboxes already, many times. I would like to cancel that request and make another one, so I can start over and receive the email to confirm.

We understand how important it is to be able to unlock your device. Once a request has been submitted, you will have to wait for it to cancel out to submit a new one. We are not able to cancel requests on your behalf.
Please continue to check your device unlock status, so you can stay updated once your request cancels.

But please take in mind that I CAN NOT check my unlock status, because I never received the mail with the Request Number, so when I try to check it, it asks me for the IMEI and the request number (which I don’t have), so I don’t know what to do, it’s been 3 days already since I first made the unlock request, and it still pending, because I never confirmed it, because I never received the email, do you understand? My IMEI is: (DELETED), but I don’t have the request number to check the status.

@Alfred_Akin total wast of time !!! ATT unlock portal still not fully operational since more than 1 month. called ATT no one can help !!! very disappointed
