Is my device compatible with the AT&T network?

This is the specs.I got from the official website,
TDD_LTE: 38/39/40/41
FDD_LTE： 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/17/19/20/26
TD-SCDMA: 34/39
WCDMA ： B1/2/4/5/8
C2K : BC0
GSM ： B2/3/5/8
That mean your phone will works with AT&T but not fully on LTE !!!

Their is us unlocked and world unlocked the later usually won't work on att with LTE.
Any phone you buy should have both 850/1900 wcdma and LTE bands 2,4,5,12 or 17 for sure bands 29 and 30 are a plus.
The phone needs to have ALL those.

Nope.... You must have BOTH 850/1900MHz on the 3g side for the phone to work with voice and data... LTE is a crapshoot with imported phones as some of the imei come up as 3g only devices.

Just want to listen to internet radio streams and get basic data like web browsing etc.
Thanks for replying. My only other choice is a Plum Gator 4 which has some really low hardware specs (and price) but is tri-proof as well.
I wanted initially a Blackview BV9000 Pro but found out it won't do att at all. The Oukitel WP5000 is another 1st choice but is still not for sale.
The days of broken screens and broken phones are beginning to chap my behind to no end.
As long as I can get basic data and make calls, I'm fine. Thank You Very Much. I did talk to one gentlemen local in a store and he said it'll work I just wanted a second opinion.
BTW; what exactly does 'not fully on lte' actually mean? Not the top-end high speeds?, not video calls??
LTE, I believe, stands for Long Term Engineering, or some such, which in actuality means nothing.
I have a week left before I can buy one so I may call a store or other and get a proper response to 'not fully'.

The plum gator 4 is a 3g phone. It does have 850 and 1900 for US 3g service.
Blackview BV9000 Pro Is also 3g only in the US, no LTE compatibility
Oukitel WP5000 Has zero compatibility.
If you are in the USA, please stop shopping internet phones made for Asia. Best Buy has a bunch of unlocked androids that are US certified.

Stop shopping...?? Heard of global and world unlocked? You should probably stop responding. Consumers drive the market. Not the other way round.

You didn’t ask for a global phone. You asked what specs would work on ATT.
If your goal is a phone compatible with US carriers, there are DOZENS of brands made for Asia and mainland China that are advertised, but have a snowballs chance in a frying pan of working in the USA with anything better than 2G. A few phones will work, but LTE may be elusive, even with compatible bands. A handful will work well. This is the pool your dipping into. So far out of 4 phones, you have 1 with compatible bands.
The easier on the budget, the more likely they have no bands for the US. (The reverse is often true with cheaper phones sold as prepaid in the US, have no bands for Europe).
On the other hand all the phones sold out of Best Buy are US certified and will get LTE on ATT. A few more can be found on Amazon, but if no US warranty is offered, it’s not US certified and may not work.
Just trying to save you a lot of disappointment as we can’t in good conscience say a phone will get LTE if it didn’t pass US certification.

Good day. I know that there might be a lot of answered questions about phone comparability to AT&T's network via 3G and 4G LTE. There are some phones that are compatible with 2 3G bands and 2 or 3 bands of 4G LTE. For example:
3G: WCDMA 900 / 2100MHz
4G: FDD-LTE 800 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600MHz.
Now, with this in mind. A cellphone with these bands provided. Will the phone work properly via voice and data? I do know that the 3G 850MHz is missing but still has two more bands to work on.
