NETGEAR MR1100 - Failed to unlock.

Good day.

Recently I bought NETGEAR MR1100 for the full price. But I am unable to unlock it via deviceunlo k. I'm getting error in my email:

You've tried to unlock this device too many times. Wait 30 days and then submit a new request.
Thanks for choosing us.
 
However I did it only once.
 
Please assist me in unlocking my device. I'm currently abroad so unable to call you. And I found no email address to email your support.

We'd love to help you with this. Here's things to know about unlocking your device with AT&T. Take a look at the requirements to be approved for the device to be unlocked. If this is an eBay or non-AT&T purchase, AT&T may not be able to unlock the device. You may need to contact the seller to make sure the device is unlocked.

@ATTCares The NETGEAR was purchased from BestBuy, official store. I have an official receipt of a full price purchase.

 

Please assist me in unlocking it. Your website is giving me an error and I'm unable to call you either as am at sea without any network coverage atm. Hope to hear from you as you give me no option for support, I'm unable to contact you, only this forum.

I feel very sorry about your support. For the moment AT&T support for me is the worst I ever had in my life.

Starting from a day of purchase I was trying to contact someone from support. I couldn't. James, thank you for replying me. But I feel so sorry that you do not read my messages and only copy-paste yours. You gave me a phone number from abroad, but I'm telling you that I can not make a phone call as I am not on the land, I have NO GSM Coverage. I am at sea. I have only internet. What shall I do with the phone number? I can only contact you via internet. I feel really sad and I am very sorry for replying this style, but why you are so rude to me? Is it because I am not a US Citizen?

 

I'm telling you that I bought MR1100 from official store - you reply that I should buy it from official store.

I'm telling you that I can not contact you by telephone number - you give me telephone number.

 

I don't know what to do...
