Need to cancel Protect Advantage for 1 upgrade

Last night, while trying to file a claim for one of my devices, it gave me the option to select whether or not I wanted to upgrade from my current $7.99 protection plan to one for $17.99. I obviously selected no, since I wasn't trying to pay ten extra dollars for practically the same thing that I already had, but I was still informed later that the upgrade went through and now I'm supposed to be charged with $17.99 on the next cycle. This isn't what I wanted and I need to go back to my former protection plan price. How do I cancel the upgrade?
