Need help logging into At&T thanks

Uh oh. An error has occurred. Please check back later.

Authentication error

CustomerProfile-1000 - No accounts found.

I am logging into At&T thanks and it won’t allow me to login.

Same credentials work for my At&T app.

Hello,

This sounds like a sytem error, probably updates on the back end of the att.com website. Try clearing your computers browser history (Settings > History > Clear Web History and Cache) and if that doesn’t work give it some time. Logins for site and app are the same. Verify you typed exact username and password app shows. Can call AT&T for support at (Phone number hidden) and say “MyATT” when promoted for reason for call.
