NAT Assistance for Nintendo Switch

Hi,

I would like to turn on NAT type 1 (type A for Nintendo) for my hotspot.  Right now, I am unable to change it even after trying the following:
1.  Put the Nintendo Switch into the DMZ
2.  Trying to add UDP port forwarding for the switch IP (using a static IP on the switch)
3.  Turning on UPnP in the router settings.

Is there a firewall setting that needs to change on the AT&T side in addition to the configuration of my hotspot?
