My phone was lost and I need a new SIM card
Hi, I’m only able to message right now. I have an extra phone but no service. My phone was lost and is being used at this very moment. I didn’t have a PIN number on my phone because I was letting my kid use it for school related activities the very day I lost it. Can I provide ID online via email for a SIM card replacement and to deactivate the one that is currently being used right now? Or, can I go to the AT&T store to do this? What should I bring with me to get a sim replaced?
